What does "fractional" mean?
Fractional executives work with your organization on a part-time basis, typically 1-3 days per week. You get senior leadership experience without the cost and commitment of a full-time executive hire.
How long are typical engagements?
Most engagements run 6-12 months, though some clients work with us for years as their needs evolve. We also do shorter project-based work for specific initiatives.
What size companies do you work with?
We typically work with companies between 50-500 employees, including growth-stage startups, founder-led businesses, PE-backed companies, and mid-market organizations.
Do I need both a COO and CHRO?
Not necessarily. Many clients engage one of us based on their most pressing needs. But when you work with both, you benefit from our coordinated approach to operations and people strategy.
