More recently, he has led AI strategy, adoption, and execution, connecting practical use cases with operating priorities, governance, employee readiness, and measurable business outcomes. He has built governance across portfolios exceeding $25 million, led approximately 60 projects annually with more than 90% delivered on time, and established the operating cadence, dashboards, decision rights, and accountability needed to turn executive priorities into measurable execution.

As a former Chief Operating Officer, Saleem led operating and technology functions spanning application development, product, data and analytics, DevOps, campaign operations, paid media, customer service, legal, and human resources. His accomplishments include removing $3.8 million in unnecessary operating cost within nine months through vendor consolidation, infrastructure optimization, capacity management, and resource realignment. He also helped improve project delivery to 95% on time while strengthening quality, resource visibility, and execution discipline.

Saleem brings practical experience leading AI, automation, OCR, RPA, predictive lead scoring, and workflow-modernization initiatives. His focus is not technology for its own sake. He helps organizations identify high-value use cases, establish appropriate governance and human oversight, prepare employees for adoption, and connect technology investments to measurable operating outcomes.

His experience spans technology-enabled services, MarTech and lead generation, business process outsourcing, financial transaction workflows, healthcare payer operations, and global delivery environments. He has led teams and programs across the United States, India, Mexico, and the Philippines.

Throughout his career, Chris has led cross-functional initiatives involving enterprise transformation, operating-model design, business process improvement, technology implementation, strategic program management, vendor governance, organizational change, and performance measurement. He has worked across Legal, IT, Procurement, Cybersecurity, and Operations, translating executive priorities into practical workflows, clear accountability, and measurable execution.

Chris also applies generative AI and automation to legal and business workflows. His work focuses on improving efficiency, strengthening decision-making, reducing operational risk, and helping organizations adopt emerging technologies with appropriate governance and human oversight.

Chris holds a Juris Doctor, a Master of Science in Information Systems (Information Assurance specialization), and a Project Management Certificate. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
